🧠 The Role

We're hiring full stack engineers who have rebuilt how they work around AI coding agents. You'll plan, write, test, refactor and debug with Claude Code and Codex every day, and ship in days what used to take weeks.

To be clear, asking ChatGPT for the occasional snippet isn't what we mean. We want engineers who can run agents across a real codebase, read the output with a critical eye, and own what gets merged. Fast matters here. So does right.

🛠️ What You'll Do

• Ship full stack features end to end in TypeScript, from UI to API to database
• Use Claude Code and Codex as your primary tools for building, refactoring, testing and debugging
• Break big tasks into well-scoped agent work, then review, correct and merge the output
• Integrate third-party APIs and services: payments, auth, CRMs, webhooks
• Keep code clean, tested and maintainable while moving fast
• Work directly with client teams, take ownership and communicate clearly in English

• Database: PostgreSQL, Supabase, Prisma or Drizzle
• Infra: Vercel, AWS, Docker, GitHub Actions
• Workflow: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub

✅ Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)

• 2–4 years of professional full stack experience in TypeScript
• Strong React/Next.js and Node.js fundamentals
• Claude Code and/or Codex as your daily, hands-on development workflow
• A track record of shipping fast with AI: features or projects you can point to
• Sharp judgment reviewing AI-generated code. You catch bugs, security holes and bad patterns before they ship
• Solid SQL and data modeling
• Clear written and spoken English

• You've set up agent workflows: CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md files, custom commands, MCP servers, subagents
• You run multiple agents in parallel across separate tasks or worktrees
• SaaS or B2B product experience
• You've worked directly with US clients or remote teams
