2026年春の商用リリースに向け、データプライバシー保護と生成AI活用を両立する新規プロダクトの準備が進行中です。この急成長期に、世界でも類を見ないアーキテクチャの構築を牽引できる技術力を持った方を募集します。

■職務内容

・生成AIエコシステムと秘密計算を融合した、高信頼・高セキュリティなバックエンドの設計と実装

・大規模・高負荷に耐えうる処理基盤の構築と、Python（FastAPI）を用いた最適な連携設計

・機密性の高いデータを扱うマルチテナントSaaSのインフラ（Azure/GCP/AWS）からアプリ層までの全体最適化

■必須要件

・商用環境における大規模または高負荷なバックエンドアプリケーションの設計・開発・運用経験

・エンタープライズレベルの極めて高いセキュリティ水準が求められるシステムの設計・運用経験

・DockerやTerraformを利用した複雑なシステムのデプロイフロー自動化などDevOps/SREの経験

・技術的な「How」だけでなくビジネス的な「Why」を理解し、自律的に意思決定を行える事業推進力

Role:

Full Stack Engineer

What you will do:

- Design and implement highly reliable and secure backend architectures merging GenAI and confidential computing.

- Build large-scale, high-load processing infrastructures using Python (FastAPI).

- Optimize multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure across cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) handling highly sensitive data.

What you need:

- Experience in designing, developing, and operating large-scale or high-load backend applications in commercial environments.

- Expertise in designing and operating systems requiring enterprise-grade security standards.

- DevOps/SRE experience using Docker and Terraform to automate deployment flows.

- Strong business acumen to make technical decisions understanding the business "Why" as well as the technical "How".
