This role requires some exposure to backend development with C# and .NET Core, alongside solid frontend development experience with React and Redux, HTML, and CSS. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver seamless, reliable, and real-time user interfaces that enhance the user experience for financial applications. This role is a full-time position in the oneZero Canberra office. Applicants must be based in the Canberra region or be able to relocate. Benefits Include: Bonus plan. Monthly Wellness program subscription. Required Skills: 3+ years of professional experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern frontend technologies. Proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying full-stack applications in a fast-paced, agile environment. Strong expertise in React, Redux, and responsive design principles. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and pre-processors like LESS. Ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight while collaborating closely with the broader team. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering polished, production-ready code. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Skills: Additional experience in any of the following will be highly regarded.: Experience working on financial trading products. Experience with C++ or additional backend programming languages. Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS). Experience with front-end performance optimisation and profiling.
