About the Role
Hightouch is looking for Full Stack Product Engineers to join its fast-growing engineering team. You’ll help build intuitive, customer-facing products that enable non-technical users to work with advanced marketing, growth, analytics, and AI capabilities.
You’ll work closely with customers, product managers, designers, and ML engineers to build products from 0 → 1 and turn complex technical capabilities into simple, intuitive user experiences.
What You’ll Do
• Architect and build end-to-end features for a new generation of marketing and growth products
• Build high-quality, customer-facing user interfaces from 0 → 1
• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to understand real-world product needs
• Collaborate with ML engineers to surface insights that help marketers make confident decisions
• Build analytics and observability platforms
• Integrate complex ML models into highly interactive interfaces
• Create intuitive interfaces for setting up complex experiments
• Design and build APIs, data models, CRUD applications, and database systems
• Independently lead and architect complex frontend systems
Requirements
• Senior-level software engineer
• 5–12 years of software engineering experience
• Strong product and user-facing engineering experience
• Full-stack experience across frontend and backend development
• Strong experience with TypeScript and SQL, plus some Go
• Experience with API design, database migrations, data models, CRUD applications, and quality frontend UIs
• Experience building customer-facing SaaS products with fast feedback loops
• Clear career growth and increasing ownership in previous roles
• 2+ years at a fast-paced Series A–D startup building SaaS products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or Electrical Engineering from a top-40 university
• Strong communication, curiosity, high aptitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Experience independently leading and architecting complex frontend systems
• Strong 0 → 1 product development experience
• Experience working closely with product, design, customers, and ML teams
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for engineers who are product-minded and enjoy solving real customer problems. The ideal candidate has demonstrated ownership of products from 0 → 1, has grown throughout their career, and has spent meaningful time building SaaS products at high-growth startups.
Candidates should have at least ~2 recent years at a startup and should not have moved between companies excessively.

• Primarily software consultancy experience
• No recent startup experience
• Frequent job changes without meaningful tenure
• Less than ~2 years at a recent startup
