We’re looking for a vibe coder with a software engineering background to join our fast-evolving B2C and B2B utility business.
You may work on different products month to month, or even week to week. We test new product ideas quickly and build custom solutions around real client or end-user needs.

Our current stack
React Native, Python, Django, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Supabase, Tailwind and various AI APIs and services.
You do not need to know every technology we use. You need to be able to learn what is required quickly.
How we work
We do not operate like a traditional development team where every screen, implementation detail and sprint is fully specified.
You will usually be given the goal, not the complete roadmap.
Your job is to figure out the fastest sensible path to a working product, ship it, learn from real usage, and then optimize the product technically, financially and from a UI/UX perspective.

Aspect builds B2C and B2B utility products. Our core product, aspect.contact, is used by businesses across Turkey, Europe and Asia.
We are currently expanding the platform with AI-powered CRM, business development, sales and HR workflows while also developing custom solutions around enterprise client needs.
