    • Backend: Ruby on Rails
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack
  • Ensure API integrations function correctly

Updates & Continuous Improvement

  • Implement minor feature updates and UI enhancements
  • Modify frontend components and backend logic as needed
  • Improve platform performance and usability over time

System Monitoring & Reliability

  • Monitor logs, errors, and alerts
  • Use tools like Sentry (or similar) for error tracking
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks before impacting users

Documentation & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and update technical documentation
  • Document fixes, updates, and known issues
  • Contribute to improving testing and deployment workflows

Requirements

Technical Environment

  • Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind / modern UI libraries
  • Backend: Ruby on Rails, REST APIs

Essential

  • Strong experience with:
    • React / Next.js
    • Ruby on Rails
  • Experience supporting and maintaining live production systems
  • Ability to debug across frontend and backend
  • Experience with APIs and integrations
  • Strong testing and QA mindset
