๐Ÿ“ Remote | Maryland License Required | Full-Time

๐Ÿ’œ Build a career while making a difference in the lives of kids and families.

At Backpack Healthcare, we believe great clinical care starts with supporting the clinicians who provide it.

We provide accessible, high-quality mental health care to children, teens, and young adults โ€” entirely online and covered by most insurance. As a clinician-led, minority-owned organization, we're building a team where therapists can do meaningful work, have a strong referral pipeline, and grow their careers alongside a mission-driven organization.

If you're a Maryland-licensed therapist looking for a full-time caseload, consistent referrals, competitive compensation, monthly bonus potential, and genuine opportunities for professional growth, we'd love to meet you.

๐ŸŒŸ What You'll Do

You'll manage a caseload of 25โ€“36 sessions per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy through telehealth.

With a strong referral pipeline, you'll have the opportunity to build a consistent caseload while focusing on what you do best: providing exceptional clinical care.

Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2:00โ€“9:00 PM, with weekend availability a plus.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • $45/billable hour โ€” LMSW or LGPC (supervision provided; limited openings)
  • ๐ŸŽฏ Monthly bonus potential for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria

๐ŸŽฏ Monthly Bonus Potential

Your earning potential doesn't stop at your billable rate.

Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus in addition to their regular compensation. Bonus eligibility is based on applicable productivity and performance expectations, providing an additional opportunity to increase your monthly earnings while being recognized for consistently delivering high-quality care.
