About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Recruiter to support hiring across the firm’s growing teams. You’ll recruit for a broad range of positions, including accounting and finance roles as well as marketing, AI, creative, sales, and operations positions.

You’ll lead recruiting across accounting, marketing, AI, creative, and sales operations, from sourcing and initial outreach through first-round screening and shortlist development. The goal is simple: make sure hiring managers only spend time speaking with genuinely qualified candidates.

You’ll work alongside our Lead Recruiter, who focuses on accounting-related positions such as Accounting Managers, Bookkeepers, and Onboarding Specialists.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across accounting, finance, marketing, AI, creative, sales, and operations roles.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct first-round screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements.
• Build qualified shortlists for hiring managers.
• Recruit for positions ranging from Accounting Managers and Bookkeepers to Head of Marketing, SEO Specialists, Video Editors, AI & Automation Specialists, and GHL/Sales Operations roles.
• Write and post job descriptions and manage applicant pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates moving through the process.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify pipeline bottlenecks.
• Help fill the firm's current open positions while maintaining warm talent pipelines for future hiring.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either agency or in-house.
• Experience recruiting for marketing, creative, technical, or AI roles.
• Strong candidate assessment skills and confidence conducting first-round screening calls.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience working with an ATS and major job boards.
• Strong organisation and follow-through in managing multiple open roles.
• Ability to work 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for GoHighLevel (GHL) or sales operations roles.
• Experience recruiting within accounting or professional services.
• Previous experience supporting remote teams.
