Day-to-Day: Inbound Support: Deliver empathetic, articulate, and professional assistance to inbound callers across various industries. Multitasking and Adaptability: Seamlessly switch between unique client protocols, data entry systems, and customized call scripts. Performance Goals: Meet and exceed core KPI's, including schedule adherence, average call wrap-up times, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Schedules/Hours: Full-time, 10-hr shifts (4 days on, 3 days off) Operations run 24/7. Candidate must be able to work at least one weekend day per week and participate in holiday rotations.
