Full-Time Intake Specialist (Legal Services) Job Type: Full-Time (Various Shifts) l Pay: $16/hr l Location: Remote (Arizona Residents Only, excluding Flagstaff) About the Role: With over 40 years of industry experience, Alert Communications powers client communication for more than 3,000 businesses across North America. We provide 24/7 live answering and intake solutions tailored specifically for the legal sector. Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding, and ongoing support for law practices nationwide. We are seeking Full-Time Intake Specialists to serve as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries, deliver compassionate care, and ensure a smooth, professional, onboarding process from the very first interaction. Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Location: Must reside in Arizona (excluding Flagstaff). Communication: Clear, empathetic, and confident phone presence to guide legal callers effectively. Availability: Willingness to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and assigned holidays. Experience: Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality (legal industry experience is a major plus). Technical skills: Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously, and typing at least 35 WPM. Performance: High standards for accuracy, reliability, and lead handling efficiency. Bilingual Advantage: Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred. Work-from-Home Setup Requirements: Internet: High-speed Fiber or Cable connection (minimum 15Mbps download/5Mbps upload). Satellite, DSL, and Wi-Fi are not permitted. Setup: Dedicated quiet workspace with a direct Ethernet connection to your router/modem. Hardware: PC or Laptop running Windows 11 or higher and a wired USB headset with a microphone. (Note: Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not supported).
