We produce photography, videography, virtual tours, 3D renderings, floor plans, and social media content that helps properties lease faster and stand out. The Role

We're hiring a full-time Video Editor to join our production team remotely. You'll take raw footage from property shoots and turn it into polished, on-brand video content — property tours, social clips, promo reels, and more — on a consistent weekly turnaround. This is a high-volume role: you'll be editing multiple projects per week, so speed, consistency, and an eye for pacing matter as much as technical polish.

What You'll Do

• Edit raw footage into finished property tour videos, social media clips, and promotional reels
• Apply consistent branding, music, pacing, and color across all deliverables
• Manage a queue of multiple projects with fast, reliable turnaround times
• Collaborate with our production and social media teams on creative direction
• Organize and maintain project files/assets for efficient workflow
• Incorporate feedback quickly and professionally

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, real estate media, or high-volume content environment a plus)
• Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects / motion graphics experience a plus)
• An eye for pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable working to brand guidelines while still bringing creative judgment
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) — you'll be working directly with a U.S.-based team
• Reliable internet, a solid home editing setup, and availability during core U.S. Pacific Time overlap hours
• Based in Argentina, able to work full-time (40 hrs/week)

Nice to Have

• Experience editing real estate, architecture, or interior content
• Familiarity with social-first formats (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Color grading experience
