Job Location WARSAW PLANT & GO Job Description As an IT Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex software solutions to address business needs. You will collaborate with other software engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure our software solutions align with business objectives and user needs. Your role will also involve keeping current on the latest software practices, technologies, and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: Translate system requirements and user stories into a robust supportable design of code for the product or application. Develop and test code to ensure it functions as designed. Implement code across the software development life cycle steps preferring CI/CD tooling for deployment and integration. Work closely with Product, Operations teams, AI engineers and Data Scientists for systems/services the software integrates with. Play a role in architecture design of the application where applicable/appropriate. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in software development with a focus on quality and timely delivery. Expert in advanced Python programming, applying sophisticated design patterns, and crafting performant APIs with FastAPI . Highly proficient in advanced Next.js development . Proficient in leveraging metadata for enhanced understanding and effective governance of transactional databases , encompassing schema definition, data lineage, and operational metrics. Instrumental in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) , with substantial experience in cloud environment operations and deploying solutions on platforms such as Azure . Possesses working knowledge of data engineering principles, Agentic Application Architecture, AI, and ML concepts and their associated frameworks , facilitating integrated system design.
