Your Everyday at Nexi As a PHP Developer , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Poznań. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Participating in the full software development life cycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, and documentation) Working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Programming according to clean architecture principles and SOLID design principles Creating tests using PHPUnit, Codeception Implementing high-performance and reliable solutions Working with technologies such as Git, RabbitMQ, MySQL, and Elasticsearch What We Value in You We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: Proficient PHP programming skills backed by experience in commercial projects Practical knowledge of object-oriented programming in PHP and design patterns Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL) Proficiency in common development tools (Git, shell, IDEs, Copilot) Engagement, creativity, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a distributed team Excellent command of both Polsih and English, written and spoken. Bonus Skills: Knowledge of the Symfony or Laravel frameworks Experience with RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch Familiarity with SOLID principles and best practices Experience in writing unit tests (PHPUnit) Knowledge of JavaScript Even if you don’t check every box, your unique potential and willingness to learn could set you apart.
