Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend and API-first mindset to build and integrate scalable, secure platforms. This role has a heavy focus on API development, system integrations, and payment solutions, while also contributing to modern frontend experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs using Node.js and NestJS

• Build and integrate payment solutions including subscription billing, recurring payments, and payment gateway integrations

• Lead API integration efforts with third-party services and internal platforms

• Develop frontend features using React and Next.js, ensuring seamless API consumption

• Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar) to design efficient data models

• Ensure API security, performance, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams across the full SDLC

• Write clean, testable code and contribute to architecture decisions

Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js, NestJS, and API development

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations

• Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases

• Experience with React and Next.js for full stack development

• Proven experience integrating payment gateways and subscription-based payment systems

• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure data handling

Nice to Have

• Experience with telehealth or healthcare SaaS platforms

• Familiarity with regulated or compliance-driven environments
