Qualifications: • Full-stack software development experience, complemented by proven technical leadership and/or team management experience. • Ability to lead a technical team by setting priorities, assigning responsibilities, tracking deliverables, providing mentoring, and offering constructive feedback. • Strong technical credibility to drive architectural decisions, conduct code reviews, enforce quality standards, and solve complex technical challenges. • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, understand operational requirements, and communicate options, risks, and trade-offs in a clear and transparent manner. • Structured mindset, professional maturity, attention to detail, autonomy, and a genuine commitment to supporting the growth and development of team members. • Full-stack profile with experience in technologies such as JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, Redux or similar state management libraries, .NET/C#/ASP.NET, REST, JSON, relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB. • Experience with unit testing, performance optimization, APIs, microservices, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, and AIpowered development tools is considered a strong advantage.
