Fullstack Python + React Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll join the engineering team behind an enterprise AI assistant used daily by thousands of employees across HR, IT, and Finance workflows. You'll own features end to end, the API, the logic behind it, and the interface people actually talk to. Prior LLM work is a plus, not a requirement. What matters most is that you're genuinely comfortable on both sides of the stack.

What You'll Do:

- Own features end to end, spanning backend API logic and frontend interface.

- Build and maintain Python services powering core application logic.

- Develop frontend features using React with TypeScript.

- Balance work across the stack, roughly 70/30 between backend and frontend.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience building production services with Python.

- Experience shipping real features with React and TypeScript.

- Experience with AWS.

- Availability to work PST hours.

- Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

- Hands-on LLM integration experience, such as OpenAI API, LangChain, or RAG.

- Experience with Next.js.

- Experience with containers and microservices.
