Fully Remote Media Buyer – Paid Acquisition Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking Globally for an analytical, data-driven Media Buyer to take ownership of our paid media campaigns. In this role, you won't just be pressing buttons but you will be managing conversion tracking, building high-value audience segments, testing ad creatives, and scaling profitable ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data & Tracking Management: Verify and maintain tracking pixels, event setup, and server-side tracking (Conversions API / CAPI) to ensure accurate attribution data.
• Audience Strategy: Create, analyze, and refine custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting pools based on buyer personas and customer journey data.
• Campaign Setup & Optimization: Build, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across [Meta / Google / TikTok], continuously driving down CPA while increasing ROAS.
• Creative Testing: Develop and execute structured A/B testing frameworks for ad angles, creatives, and copy.
• Performance Reporting: Monitor metrics daily and report performance clearly, using data to justify scaling decisions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Track Record: Proven experience managing [$3,000 – $30,000/month or more] in ad spend with verifiable ROAS/CPA results.
• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of ad platforms, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking setup.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable making rapid optimizations based on real-time data, cost-per-lead, and customer acquisition costs.
• Communication: Ability to break down complex campaign data into simple, actionable insights.
