We are developing "Bring Out," an AI SaaS platform for analyzing conversation data. By analyzing conversations that often remain "black boxes"—such as sales meetings, internal discussions, and frontline service interactions—and extracting key information, we help client companies and their employees boost productivity.

Our solution is already utilized across diverse sectors—including IT, HR, M&A, real estate, manufacturing, and healthcare—and supports a wide range of functions such as sales, product development, R&D, finance, and human resources. We primarily serve enterprise-level clients, meeting rigorous demands for high security, availability, and flexible data integration.

Our technical foundation is built by a development team comprising engineers from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and X (Twitter)—including several individuals with prior CTO experience—alongside an AI team featuring talent from Google, IBM, and Preferred Networks. With the evolution of LLMs, we can now transform previously invisible frontline tacit knowledge and customer insights into structured data; we are taking on the challenge of creating a new management model for the AI era, originating from Japan.

【Job description】

The "Deployment Strategist" is the person responsible for starting from the client's management agenda, redesigning operations by combining AI with our own products, and implementing everything end-to-end to the point where management decisions actually change on the ground. Together with the fastest-promoted AP from McKinsey and the fastest-promoted SM from Accenture, you will be entrusted with the transformation of enterprise companies that represent Japan.

In your daily work, you will use cutting-edge data analysis AI to freely analyze clients' primary information, and take charge of developing new use cases for solving management issues across a variety of industries and business types. Going beyond strategic recommendations, you will continue to transform clients' decision-making by embedding the management insights you uncover into the product.

Making full use of AI including Claude Code, and moving forward while holding both strategy and product in hand — this is a career that produces the rarest talent in the market, combining all three of management perspective, frontline perspective, and AI implementation capability.

【Core Requirements】

・Experience driving projects at a strategy/general/operations consulting firm

・Implementation and promotion experience at an AI/DX consulting firm

・Experience in business development, project promotion, or DX promotion at an operating company

・Delivery and implementation experience at an AI startup

・Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code / Cursor

・Experience proposing and implementing solutions for enterprises

・Deriving insights from business processes and data analysis

・Deep understanding of an industry (automotive, finance, M&A, manufacturing, human resources, etc.)

【Condition】

Negotiable

The grade at the time of hiring will be considered across a wide range, from Associate to Director, depending on your experience.

Full remote (within Japan only)

Shared office available for use at any time

The Deployment Strategist team has designated recommended office days and also places importance on face-to-face communication.

Full-time employee

Two days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays

Paid leave: 10 days per year

Year-end and New Year holidays (December 29 to January 3 of the following year)
