About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Functional Analyst to join a large business transformation programme focused on refactoring existing applications and developing new business solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and project stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify new functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional analyses and application designs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate functional designs.
• Support end-to-end delivery of new applications and functionalities.
• Produce functional documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers.
• Prepare software requirement specifications, data models, user stories, and test plans.
• Report project status, risks, and dependencies.

Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, mappings, services, batches, and business models.
• Belgian nationality is mandatory.
