Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Functional Consultant / Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead business discovery workshops and requirements gathering.

•Perform fit-gap analysis and design business processes.

•Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, functional designs, acceptance criteria, and test scripts.

•Configure Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service, including forms, views, business rules, workflows, queues, cases, opportunities, and security roles.

•Design Power Apps and Power Automate solutions using Dataverse.

•Support data migration, data validation, UAT, testing, deployment, and production support.

•Manage/refine backlog and collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders.

•Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Experience

•Business Analysis / Functional Consulting.

•Hands-on with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

•Strong knowledge of CRM processes: Leads, Opportunities, Accounts/Contacts, Customer Service, Case Management.

•Experience with Agile delivery and Azure DevOps.

•Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or related field.

•PL-200 certification required
