About the Team Workday’s Japan Financials team purpose is to build an outstanding customer experience by delivering engaging and innovative consulting services to help customers, partners, and employees make the most of the Workday financial system. About the Role 本職務の担当者は、WorkdayのFinancialsソリューションの導入を成功に導く責任を負います。ファンクショナルコンサルタントとして、プロジェクトにおけるWorkday製品の専門知識および導入のノウハウを提供します。また、顧客と連携してビジネス要件を把握し、Workdayソリューションの設定（コンフィギュレーション）やテストを支援します。業務遂行にあたっては、担当プロジェクトのエンゲージメント・マネージャーの指示に従い、進捗報告を行います。 主な職務範囲 製品知識の習得: Workday Financials製品スイートのエキスパートになること。 導入プロジェクトの遂行: 顧客のビジネス要件の把握、ソリューションの提示、プロトタイプシステムを用いた設定内容の実演、および顧客によるテストの支援。 データ移行支援: 顧客と協力し、レガシーシステム（旧システム）からWorkdayへのデータ移行を支援。 プロジェクト管理: エンゲージメント・マネージャーから割り当てられたタスクを、予算化された時間枠内で完了させる。 統合（インテグレーション）支援: テクノロジーコンサルタントと連携し、Workdayとサードパーティ製ソリューションまたはカスタムソリューション間の統合設定およびテストを支援。 Workday製品との統合支援: Workday Core Financialsとの連携設定およびテストを支援。 方法論の遵守: Workdayの導入方法論を理解し、すべての案件でそれを活用する。 ベストプラクティスの提案: 顧客がWorkdayのベストプラクティスを最大限に活用できるよう支援する。 顧客満足度の維持: 本番稼働後に、その顧客が（他社への）リファレンス（導入事例）となれるよう確実な導入を行う。 ナレッジ共有: アップデート・トレーニングやその他のイベントに参加し、自身の製品スキルを他のコンサルタントと共有する。 進捗報告: エンゲージメント・マネージャーに対し、進捗状況の報告を行い、プロジェクト全体のステータスを常に共有する。 Job Description: You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday’s Financial Management solution. The Financial Consultant will provide Workday product and implementation expertise to their engagements. The Consultant will work with their clients to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the Workday solution. The Consultant will take direction and provide status to the Engagement Manager assigned to their project.Responsibilities: Become an expert in the Workday Financial Management product suite Perform the following on an engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist the client in testing the Workday solution Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday Complete the work assigned by the Engagement Manager within the budgeted time allocated Assist the integration consulting team in helping to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices Identify opportunities to position other service offerings Ensure the client is referenceable once the client is in production Participate in update training and other events that help share one’s product skills with other consultants Provide the Engagement Manager with status reports and keep them apprised of overall project status About You 必須要件（Basic Qualifications） エンタープライズERPソリューションの導入経験（6年以上）: コンサルタントまたは事業会社側（ユーザー側）のいずれかにおいて、Workday Financials, SAP (S/4 HANA, R/3, Business One等), Oracle (Fusion ERP Cloud, EBS, Net Suite, Peoplesoft, 等), Microsoft（Dynamics365, 等） などの導入経験があること。 コンサルティング経験: コンサルティング会社またはソフトウェア会社におけるコンサルティング実務経験。 特定領域の専門知識: 以下の領域のうち、少なくとも1つ以上の機能に精通していること： 債務管理 債権管理 固定資産 プロジェクト会計 連結会計 語学力: ビジネスレベルの日本語、および上級レベルの英語力。 歓迎・その他の要件（Other Qualifications） カスタマーサービスへの情熱: 顧客支援に対する強い意欲。 実証されたプロジェクト管理経験: 実績に基づいたプロジェクトマネジメントスキル。 優れたコミュニケーション能力: 円滑な口頭・書面によるコミュニケーションスキル。 分析および要件定義能力: ビジネス分析および要件定義（ヒアリングと整理）を行う能力。 迅速な学習能力: 指導や自習を通じて、新しいテクノロジーを迅速に習得できる能力。 マルチタスク遂行能力: 複数のプロジェクトを同時に展開・進行した経験。 出張対応: 業務時間の最大25％程度の出張が可能であること。 About You Basic Qualifications 6+ years implementing Enterprise Financial solutions (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Microsoft, etc.) as either a consultant or customer Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company Functional expertise in at least one of the following areas: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, Consolidation Professional Japanese and Advanced English skill Other Qualifications Passion for customer service Validated project management experience Functional experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
