Combine ERP project ownership with practical Dynamics 365 expertise in an international end-user environment.
Our client is looking for an experienced D365 professional who enjoys working with business teams, shaping functional solutions and guiding projects through implementation.
You will have the autonomy to influence delivery decisions and contribute directly to the solution, from understanding operational needs to configuring functionality and validating it with users.
Your contribution
- Agree project scope, priorities and delivery plans with business stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, assess requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Configure D365 within your area of expertise and test business scenarios alongside key users.
- Coordinate internal specialists and external partners, managing dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
- Prepare deployments and help business teams through the initial support period.
- Assess how existing D365 capabilities can meet requirements and address dependencies with connected applications.
Your experience
You bring several years of ERP project experience and strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance or Supply Chain Management.
You are comfortable taking responsibility for delivery while remaining actively involved in requirements, configuration and testing. Experience across a complete ERP implementation would be particularly valuable.
You can lead productive discussions, challenge requirements constructively and explain solution choices to both business and technical stakeholders.
Very good written and spoken German, together with fluent English, are essential. The position is based in Switzerland, with international travel according to project needs.
The opportunity
- An in-house role with direct access to business stakeholders.
- International projects and the autonomy to influence delivery.
- A combination of project responsibility and functional contribution.
- Hybrid working arrangements and flexible hours.
- A dedicated learning budget to support your development.
