Functional Test Analyst

Functional Test Analyst:

I am currently looking for a Functional Test Analyst to join a long-term project based in Brussels, working within a digital transformation environment focused on customer-facing platforms and CRM systems.

Role Overview:

As a Functional Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of new developments across digital sales channels and CRM applications. Working within Agile Scrum teams, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to validate solutions and support successful releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Manage and track defects through Jira and support issue resolution.
• Validate integrations between CRM platforms and connected applications, including API and data flow testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release and post-release activities.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to communicate testing progress and quality risks.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing within an Agile environment.
• Strong background in Functional Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or other CRM transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Jira and test management tools such as Zephyr.
• Understanding of API testing, system integrations, and data management.
• Experience testing digital channels, web applications, or customer-facing platforms.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with test automation tools such as Mabl.
• Utilities or energy sector experience.
• Exposure to Salesforce, SAP, or similar business applications.

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Hybrid: 2 days remote per week

Languages: Fluent English and French or Dutch required.
