Support monthly closing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes for functional cost centers. Analyze functional costs and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement measures. Prepare management reports, KPI analyses, and presentations for leadership. Perform variance analyses and provide recommendations to support decision-making. Coordinate planning activities with business partners and functional stakeholders. Drive process harmonization, reporting automation, and digitalization initiatives. Support special projects, business cases, and efficiency programs. Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline. Experience in controlling, financial analysis, or corporate finance. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Good SAP and MS Office skills; Power BI or similar analytics tools are an advantage. Ability to interact with international stakeholders and work independently. Fluent English required; German is beneficial but not mandatory.
