Fund Accounting Supervisor - Remote

Overview

We are currently partnering with a leading global fund administrator to hire a Fund Accounting Supervisor to join their growing Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fund Accountant looking to step into a supervisory position within a dynamic and client-focused

environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the timely and accurate production of NAV calculations while supporting and mentoring junior team members. The role offers strong exposure across hedge fund structures, client servicing and operational oversight within a collaborative international business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review NAV calculations, fund pricing and reconciliations
• Review cash, position and market value reconciliations
• Review income and expense accruals, including fee calculations
• Review profit and loss reports, trial balances and investor allocations
• Assist with audit queries and preparation of financial statements
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and fund accounting issues
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding fund-related queries
• Ensure all internal and external reporting deadlines are consistently met
• Support, mentor and develop junior Fund Accountants
• Monitor adherence to internal controls, procedures and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience within fund accounting or fund administration
• Strong understanding of NAV production and hedge fund operations
• Experience reviewing reconciliations, pricing and fee calculations
• Previous mentoring or supervisory experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA) or studying towards one is advantageous
