Fund Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an Investment Fund Data Specialist to join a leading global wealthtech platform and fund distribution service provider. In this operational role, you will be responsible for product onboarding, market data validation, and ensuring high-standard data integrity across core platform databases. You will analyze official fund documentation, process key corporate actions, and align product setups with internal regulatory and business rules.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, standardize, and onboard investment product data (funds, ETFs, AIFs) onto the distribution platform from diverse market sources.
• Perform rigorous data quality checks and reconciliations across internal systems and external data providers to eliminate inconsistencies.
• Review and interpret official fund documentation, including prospectuses, KID/KIID files, factsheets, and corporate action notices.
• Track, analyze, and process corporate action events (e.g., fund mergers, liquidations, ISIN or name changes, share class launches and closures).
• Manage workflow tasks and client queries using ticketing software (e.g., Jira) while maintaining high processing standards and accuracy.

Candidate Profile

• Level of Experience: Mid-Senior level with practical experience working with investment funds (UCITS, ETFs, AIFs) and knowledge of the fund lifecycle.
• Domain Expertise: Understanding of corporate action events, share class structures, and official fund documentation analysis.
• Data & Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency and familiarity with operational workflow tools (e.g., Jira).
• Analytical Skills: High attention to detail, strong data validation capabilities, and a consistent, process-driven mindset.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Languages: Fluent English (C1+); additional European languages are a plus.

Working Model & Logistics

• Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid working model: initial onsite onboarding period in the Warsaw office, transitioning to hybrid work model)
