We are looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant with good knowledge in Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (ICI). The ideal candidate will have strong interest & background in IT Applications Analysis, Configuration & Implementation, including ability to learn quickly the underlying business processes and the Contract Management System (Icertis CMS) from the inside out. Should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, system configuration, and post go-live support. The primary purpose of the position is to provide CMS Functional Support to the business, in the implementation of Icertis CLM. Configure and manage contract types and related workflows in Icertis CLM Design and implement template configurations as per business requirements Handle legacy data upload/migration activities Provide post-go-live support , including enhancements and issue resolution Work on enhancements for existing live projects Ensure adherence to SLAs and timely delivery of tasks Participate in the QA, UAT, User training and post-implementation support with business stakeholders, for new and improved CMS features & functionalities. Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent work experience Icertis Certification of administration and functional professional Good understanding of SLA-driven delivery models Strong communication skill Ability to work in fast paced, complex Business & IT environments Well-rounded individual p ossessing a high degree of initiative Proactive person willing to accept responsibility with very little hand-holding Demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English. 4–5 years of overall experience in Functional Consulting Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Icertis CLM Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes Experience in: Contract Type Configuration Template Configuration Data Migration / Legacy Upload Post Go-Live Support & Enhancements Must have worked on at least 3 end-to-end Icertis implementations Exposure to integration concepts (nice to have) Previous Work Experience: Other: Must be able to work in high-pressure environment, either independently or as part of a team Flexibility in work schedule according to project and business needs Flexibility and ability to deal with change Ability to travel as needed (< 25%) Perform other duties as assigned .
