You need empathy, organisation, and the confidence to guide people through decisions with care. We'll teach you the rest — you will, however, be expected to learn quickly, as you'll be supporting families soon after training. What you'll be doing Supporting bereaved families to plan a funeral that fits their wishes and budget Talking families through their options clearly and compassionately, and confirming their choices Helping select the right products and services for their needs Coordinating with suppliers and third parties to make arrangements happen Managing the paperwork — accurately and on time Finalising quotes, issuing invoices, and following up on payment What we're looking for A genuinely caring, compassionate approach Strong communication and customer service instincts Excellent organisation and attention to detail A problem-solver who can handle objections calmly and find solutions Comfortable working independently — you'll be self-directed, not micromanaged Reasonably tech-savvy (you'll work across online platforms and admin tools) A fast learner who picks up new processes quickly You'll thrive in this role if you've worked in Customer service Retail Healthcare Nursing Event planning Self-employment Crematorium/cemetery/registrar services Celebrancy (Full training is provided regardless of background - this is a guide not requirement) What you get Genuine flexibility — from home with flexibility of hours!
