Designed for experienced professionals, the programme combines business responsibility, two rotations, international exposure and structured development. You will contribute from day one while building the experience needed for future leadership roles.

Your Leadership Journey

Your journey begins in South Africa and culminates in an international assignment.

Home Market Immersion

• Build knowledge of PMI's business, commercial environment and transformation agenda.
• Work across functions to solve challenges and deliver results.
• Lead key projects while strengthening decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

International Assignment

• Develop cultural agility and a global mindset in a new market.
• Lead data-driven initiatives in a multicultural environment.
• Balance local priorities with PMI's global direction.

Who We're Looking For

We seek ambitious professionals who embrace complexity, take ownership and want to create impact. You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.

• At least 5 years' professional experience in a global or multinational organisation.
• Experience working across functions and with diverse stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, learning agility and initiative.
• Legal right to work in South Africa without sponsorship.
• Willingness and ability to undertake an international assignment.
