Role Description The Fx CFD Crypto Business Associate role is a full-time remote position focused on developing and expanding trading-related business partnerships and client networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new partners and clients (brokers, academies, IBs, and investors), presenting Traders Quote Software’s solutions, and guiding prospects through suitable business models. The role involves maintaining ongoing relationships, coordinating with internal technical and operations teams, and supporting partners in launching or scaling their trading businesses. The Business Associate will monitor market trends in Forex, Crypto, and CFDs, provide feedback on client needs, and help optimize offerings and processes. This position requires proactive outreach via online channels, calls, and digital communities, as well as consistent reporting on pipeline, performance, and revenue-sharing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Forex, Crypto, CFD, and online trading concepts, with the ability to explain business models to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in business development, sales, or partnership management within fintech, brokerage, or financial services environments.
• Proficiency in remote communication and collaboration tools, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build and manage client networks, including affiliates, IBs, and institutional partners, and to negotiate revenue-sharing agreements.
• Comfort with technology-driven products such as trading platforms, CRM systems, payment gateways, and liquidity solutions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, including pipeline management, performance tracking, and basic financial acumen.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, capable of operating independently in a remote, fast-paced, and growth-focused environment.
• Prior experience in fintech startups, brokerage setup, or trading education businesses is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
