About the Role

We are looking for an experienced FX/CFD Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position for a results-driven professional with a strong network in the Forex industry and a proven ability to acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and partners.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize business growth.
• Achieve monthly business targets in net deposits, trading volume, and partner acquisition.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and industry events.
• Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to increase trading activity.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent partner and client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Proven track record as a Business Development Manager, Partnership Manager, IB Manager, or Relationship Manager.
• Strong network of active IBs, Affiliates, and high-value traders.
• Experience working with MT4/MT5 products and Forex/CFD trading.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
