Our Client Our client is an established, global mobile-games and utility-apps publisher with more than a decade in the market. One of their self-developed titles has passed 10M+ downloads on Google Play and racked up 56K+ App Store ratings, holding a 4.8-star average across both platforms. Building on that track record, they're now expanding into the Social-Casino / Sweepstakes genre — slots and casino-style social games built around a compliant, coupon-based rewards model for the US market — and are standing up new, largely autonomous studios across several regions to support that push. Why This Role Exists This is a newly created, founding leadership seat. Rather than hiring into an existing team, the company is standing up a brand-new independent studio around this hire: you'd build and lead the local functional team — design, art, and programming — from the ground up, with a direct line to the company's central Product Director. As the end-to-end owner of the project, your mandate is to build a long-term, profitable Social-Casino game — carrying it all the way from initial concept through to a validated, proven business model. What You'll Work On End-to-End Ownership: Own this Social-Casino project across its full arc — from concept through long-term post-launch operations — setting gameplay rules and content direction, coordinating across every function on the team, and balancing product creativity against market research and data review, all within the Sweepstakes compliance framework. Design & Delivery: Define the game design document and core gameplay mechanics; coordinate design, art, and programming to safeguard the full development process and delivery quality. Market & Competitive Research: Study industry trends, competitors, and cultural preferences across different countries to inform product decisions. Data-Driven Iteration: Track how gameplay, features, promotions, and LiveOps events perform after launch, and translate those metrics into concrete improvements that grow revenue and the player experience. Upward Pitching: Bring new game-concept proposals to senior management. Compliance: Keep gameplay, events, and the game economy strictly within U.S. Sweepstakes compliance boundaries. Requirements Deep, hands-on understanding of the game industry, with a track record of successful titles in the Casual or Social game categories, specifically in the U.S. market. Full-lifecycle ownership of at least one mobile game — from concept and development through launch and long-term LiveOps — with strong project-management and cross-team collaboration skills. Comfortable operating within a compliant, non-gambling Sweepstakes-model framework (top-ups, redemption, and cash rewards) built for the U.S. market, spanning slot machines and Texas Hold'em-style games. Market-research and competitor-analysis skills, with the ability to shape original game concepts and pitch them upward. Familiar with game data-metric systems, and comfortable making product-iteration decisions based on data. Strong leadership, management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Background at a recognized social-casino or slots-style mobile game studio. Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent English. Nice to Have Hands-on experience specifically with Sweepstakes-model products, including leading a small team through a launched game. Familiarity with slot machines, game economy systems, A/B testing, and LiveOps event frameworks. Verifiable business results (DAU, revenue, retention) from projects you've led. Access to overseas game-team resources, or the ability to bring on a fully staffed team. What to Expect Compensation: Fixed salary + performance bonus, uncapped for outstanding candidates. Engagement is structured through an Employer of Record, so benefits follow standard practice in your country of residence. Setup: Full project authority at the local studio — you'd build and lead a small team across design, art, and programming (bring your own people if you have them). Scope: Genuine 0-to-1 ownership — commercializing this title from initiation to a validated business model, not just one phase of it. Hours: Subject to local statutory working hours for your location. Location Remote, home-based. Interview Process DNA325 Screening — an initial call with your DNA325 recruiter to align on background, experience, and fit. HR Interview — a conversation with the company's HR team. Product Interview — a working session with the company's Product Director, including a hands-on exercise built around a real game-economy scenario.
