Job Overview We are looking for a talented Game Designer with a passion for digital slot machines. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and refining slot game mechanics, themes, and fun features. You will collaborate closely with developers, artists, and mathematicians to create compelling gameplay that keeps players engaged. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop new slot game concepts, mechanics, and features Create detailed game design documents, including layouts, gameplay mechanics, and dynamics Work closely with artists, developers, and sound designers to bring games to life Ensure games comply with regulatory and market-specific requirements Conduct research on player behaviors, industry trends, and competitor games to optimize player engagement Balance and tune game mechanics to ensure an enjoyable and fair player experience Collaborate with data analysts to refine games based on player feedback and performance metrics Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital gaming Qualifications 3+ years of experience in game design, preferably in the digital slot machine or casino gaming industry Strong understanding of slot game mechanics and math models Experience with game design documentation, wireframing, and prototyping Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design ideas effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively guide and motivate a team Passion for gaming and a keen eye for detail Proficiency in English is essential for this role Bonus Skills: Knowledge of player psychology and engagement strategies for slot games Experience working with RNG-based game systems Understanding of compliance and regulations in the online gaming industry Background in graphic design, animation, or UI/UX design Working with ChatGTP, Midjourney or other AI tools for concepting What we offer Work in a collaborative, dynamic company Hybrid work opportunity Opportunity to influence quality of product, refine processes, and implement your ideas 30 paid vacation days per year Pension plan Professional growth Conferences, events and team building All applicants must be eligible to work in Sweden.
