Company Description SJA Pathway is a subsidiary of SJA, a multi-industry conglomerate focused on building AI-powered tools for careers and entrepreneurship. The organization develops intelligent platforms that help job seekers, students, and founders achieve their goals more efficiently. Its active platforms include JPlatform, an AI career assistant for job matching, application support, and interview preparation, and EPlatform, which offers structured internships on live projects with portfolio-building and verified certificates. Upcoming platforms will support rapid product development and investor-ready fundraising tools for early-stage founders. SJA Pathway is designed for individuals seeking practical experience, skill development, and accelerated career or entrepreneurial growth.

Day-to-day tasks may include writing and debugging code, implementing game mechanics, assisting with game design documentation, and testing builds to identify and report issues. Students may collaborate with cross-functional contributors, follow version control practices, and participate in regular check-ins to review progress and receive mentorship. The role is intended to help build practical skills, portfolio pieces, and exposure to real-world game development workflows.
