As a Game Owner, you will: Own the strategy, live operations, and performance of a hybrid-casual game Define the product vision and roadmap, and drive execution end-to-end Use data to guide decisions and continuously optimize KPIs (retention, monetization, engagement, UA performance) Collaborate closely with UA, design, tech, and data teams Balance gameplay quality with business outcomes Lead internal and external teams to deliver measurable results Drive experimentation through A/B testing, economy design, and content strategy Requirements Game Owner role requires: Proven experience managing and scaling mobile games (preferably casual/hybrid-casual) Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience working with KPIs and data-driven decision making Deep understanding of game economies, live ops, and monetization strategies Ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a vision Entrepreneurial mindset with full ownership mentality Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach CrazyLabs commitments.
