Game Producer

We are looking for a Game Producer to join our growing slot game product and take ownership of the full game development lifecycle - from initial concept and game mechanics to production, release, and post-launch analysis.
In this role, you will work closely with the CPO, another Game Producer, and cross-functional teams to create engaging slot games, coordinate the development process, and continuously improve gameplay and the player experience based on feedback and performance data.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire game development lifecycle, from concept creation through final release.
- Prepare detailed Game Design Documents (GDDs) covering game mechanics, features, logic, and functionality.
- Maintain accurate, structured, and up-to-date game design and production documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows and ensure effective collaboration between Art, Sound, Math, QA, and Development teams.
- Work closely with mathematicians to refine game balance, logic, mechanics, and the overall player experience.
- Organize and conduct playtesting sessions, gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and iterate on gameplay.
- Review post-launch game performance and key metrics to identify optimization opportunities and support data-driven product decisions.
- Proactively identify and manage production risks, dependencies, and potential blockers.
- Monitor project timelines and reprioritize tasks when necessary to keep production on schedule.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming in product-related or game development roles, such as Game Producer, Mathematician, QA Engineer, Backend Developer, or similar.
- Strong understanding of slot mechanics, player behavior, and current iGaming industry trends.
- Experience managing game development or production workflows from concept to release.
- Proven experience creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including GDDs.
- Strong communication and cross-fun
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges and production risks.
- Passion for games and a strong focus on creating engaging, player-centered experiences.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
