GatherEasy Launch Partner Programme: Get privileged access now, build your presence early, and unlock new opportunities as GatherEasy grows.

GatherEasy is building a better way to organise, discover and support real-world events.

We are inviting a selected group of people and organisations to join the GatherEasy Launch Partner Programme and help shape the platform as it grows.

Depending on what you do in the event ecosystem, you can join one or more of five Launch Partner tracks: Event Organiser · Event Curator · Community · Venue · Event Sponsor

Our initial focus is Amsterdam and the Netherlands, although some opportunities can be remote.

What is a Launch Partner?

This is an early-access partnership programme, not a salaried employment position.

Launch Partners get meaningful benefits today — such as free premium features, preferential commercial terms, early access and increased visibility — while helping us build GatherEasy around real events, communities and workflows.

There is no guaranteed cash compensation for participating in the Launch Partner Programme.

However, as GatherEasy grows, strong Launch Partners will be among the first people we consider for separate paid opportunities, including community ambassador roles, event curation, advisory work, partnerships, local representation, content collaborations and formal part-time or full-time positions.

Programme duration and continued benefits

The standard Launch Partner Programme runs for three months from your agreed start date. Any different arrangement will be agreed individually before you join.

Before you join, we'll agree practical participation expectations relevant to your track, including using GatherEasy and sharing feedback based on real activity.

Partners who complete the programme receive a further six months of free premium features relevant to their track, including enhanced venue presence for Venue partners. Event Organiser and Community partners also retain 0% GatherEasy platform fees on eligible ticket sales for those six months — nine months of benefits in total, including the programme itself.

Applicable Stripe payment processing fees still apply. We'll confirm the included features and benefit end date when you join, and explain the pricing that will apply before your complimentary period ends.

🎟 Launch Partner — Event Organiser

For people who organise meetups, talks, workshops, community gatherings, professional events, social events or recurring event series.

You get:

• Free GatherEasy premium organiser features during the programme and for six additional months after completion
• 0% GatherEasy platform fees on eligible ticket sales during the programme and for six additional months after completion
• You only pay applicable payment processing fees charged by Stripe
• Early access to organiser, ticketing, venue and attendee features
• Priority support
• Opportunities for increased event visibility
• Direct input into the product roadmap
• Priority consideration for future paid organiser, advisory and ambassador opportunities

We're particularly interested in people willing to use GatherEasy for real events and tell us what works — and what doesn't.

🔎 Launch Partner — Event Curator

For people who are unusually good at discovering worthwhile events and recommending them to others.

You might already share events with friends, communities, followers or professional networks. You do not need a large following.

You get:

• Free GatherEasy premium features during the programme and for six additional months after completion
• Early access to curation, following and recommendation tools
• The opportunity to establish your curator profile and reputation early
• Opportunities for your recommendations and collections to be featured
• Greater visibility as the community grows
• Early access to future curator monetisation features
• Priority consideration for paid curation, content and community opportunities

We care more about your judgement and activity than your follower count.

👥 Launch Partner — Community

For people representing communities that regularly bring people together.

This could include professional networks, startup communities, AI groups, university societies, international communities, sports groups, cultural organisations or other interest-based communities.

You get:

• Free premium community and organiser features during the programme and for six additional months after completion
• 0% GatherEasy platform fees on eligible community ticket sales during the programme and for six additional months after completion
• Applicable Stripe payment processing fees still apply
• Early access to community pages and management features
• Support for recurring events and multiple organisers
• Cross-promotion opportunities
• Direct input into GatherEasy's community features
• Priority consideration for future community partnerships

You can be both a Community and Event Organiser Launch Partner.

📍 Launch Partner — Venue

For venue owners, managers or team members who want to connect with suitable event organisers.

This includes event venues, coworking spaces, hotels, restaurants and bars with event space, cultural spaces, universities, studios and other bookable locations.

You get:

• Free enhanced venue presence during the programme and for six additional months after completion
• Greater control over your venue information
• Early access to organiser enquiries and venue-matching features
• Increased visibility to relevant organisers
• The ability to tell us which events are a particularly good fit
• Early insights into what organisers are searching for
• Direct influence over GatherEasy's venue discovery tools
• Priority access to future commercial partnership opportunities

🤝 Launch Partner — Event Sponsor

For people representing companies and organisations interested in supporting relevant events and communities.

You might work for a technology company, startup, recruiter, professional services firm, university, investor, accelerator, hospitality business or consumer brand.

You get:

• Early discovery of sponsorship opportunities
• Introductions to relevant organisers and communities
• Early access to sponsorship-matching features
• The ability to define the audiences, topics, locations and event formats you want to reach
• Preferential access to future sponsorship marketplace features
• Opportunities for increased visibility
• Direct input into how GatherEasy builds sponsorship tools
• Priority consideration for broader commercial partnerships

We are particularly interested in making sponsorship work for smaller, highly relevant communities — not only large conferences.

Who should apply?

This programme could be a good fit if you:

• Are already active in events or communities
• Want privileged access to new tools and opportunities
• Like the idea of building your reputation or presence early
• Are willing to give practical feedback based on real usage
• Want a direct relationship with the team building GatherEasy
• Would be interested in paid collaborations or formal roles if a strong mutual fit develops

You do not need to fit neatly into one category.

A community organiser may choose Community + Event Organiser.

A coworking space may choose Venue + Community + Event Organiser.

An active eventgoer may choose Event Curator + Event Organiser.
