We are looking for an experienced GDPR Expert to join our Personal Data Protection Department and play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of personal data protection across our organization What You’ll do: Support the Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) and act as a trusted advisor on GDPR and personal data protection matters Monitor compliance with GDPR, internal policies, and regulatory requirements across the organization Advise business stakeholders on data protection risks, privacy-by-design principles, DPIAs, RoPA, and other GDPR-related documentation Handle data subject requests, complaints, personal data breaches, and interactions with regulatory authorities Participate in the review of new products, processes, contracts, and third-party relationships from a data protection perspective Develop and maintain internal policies, procedures, and data protection documentation. Deliver GDPR training and awareness initiatives across the organization Support audits, monitoring activities, reporting processes, and whistleblowing-related investigations What you’ll need to succeed: Master's degree in Law Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a GDPR, Data Protection, Compliance, Legal, or related role Strong knowledge of GDPR, data protection legislation, and regulatory expectations, preferably within the financial sector Experience in conducting privacy impact assessments, handling data subject requests, and managing regulatory interactions Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform effectively in a dynamic environment Fluent English – written and spoken Excellent computer and Microsoft 365 office literacy What we offer: Seize the opportunity to grow your career Engage in exciting and meaningful work Get recognition for your work and attitude Become part of a large, friendly and supportive team with 23 nationalities Get additional private health insurance Receive special prices for multisport card and multiple retailers Obtain preferential prices for our banking products Enjoy a great location in Sofia’s city centre near National Palace of Culture and South Park Bring your furry bestie: Let's make work pawsome Visit our Career Page to learn more about what makes us different.
