We’re looking for an AI Creative Specialist who can merge human craft with generative AI tools to deliver fast, scalable, on- brand visual output across all markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine prompts for AI creative tools to generate concepts, variations, and production-ready assets. Build prompt libraries and reusable frameworks for consistent output across brands and markets. Optimise prompting techniques to control style, composition, lighting, typography, colour, and visual fidelity. Translate briefs into structured prompts that accelerate exploration and reduce manual design time. Continuously test new models and prompting strategies to enhance quality, speed, and scalability. Develop ideas that directly address the communication objectives in the brief Generate campaign concepts and visual directions using AI-assisted tools. Produce layouts, compositions, motion assets, typography systems, and multichannel designs. Translate brand direction into high-quality visual executions across all markets. Adapt assets across sizes, formats, and regions using AI-enabledworkflows. Deliver assets in alignment with SLA timelines and quality standards. Build scalable templates in Figma, Storyteq, and other tools for marketing self-serve workflows Maintain centralised templates, component libraries, and creative toolkits. Support the evolution of the design system with reusable, production-ready components. Experiment with and implement new AI creative tools to improve speed and quality. Integrate automation and AI workflows to reduce manual effort and increase throughput Collaborate with the Design Team Lead to maintain craft standards and brand consistency. Requirements Demonstrated skills in creative development and ideation, supported by a strong portfolio of work. Ability to understand a design brief, challenge it when appropriate, and translate it into a clear design direction that’s justifiable. Strong background in digital design or motion graphics, with polished visual craft. Excellent Figma skills, including components, auto-layout, templates, and multi-market frameworks. Experience with modern AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Weavy, Krea, Runway). Ability to build and maintain production-ready templates across languages, channels, and formats. Curious about cultural nuances and how to design effectively for different markets. Comfortable working in a fast, high-volume environment where accuracy and speed matter. Strong eye for brand consistency, detail, and visual storytelling. Curious about new tools and workflows that push creative output forward.
