Genedata Engineer Send CV We are looking for an experienced Genedata Engineer to support and enhance small-molecule R&D workflows for a major pharmaceutical client. Location : Quantori is an international team: we have colleagues who work not only from office but also remotely from all over the world. Responsibilities : Configure, support, and enhance Genedata Screener for small-molecule research Work with scientists to translate chemistry and assay workflows into system configurations and integrations Build and maintain integrations with other scientific and enterprise systems Support data import/export, migration, and processing workflows Develop scripts and automation using Python Troubleshoot Genedata applications, integrations, and Linux server environments Collaborate with scientists and IT teams to improve scientific workflows and system usability What we expect : Deep hands-on experience with Genedata in a small-molecule environment Background in chemistry, cheminformatics, medicinal chemistry, or drug discovery Strong Python skills Strong Linux experience, including server-side troubleshooting Experience with scientific data workflows, integrations, and APIs Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with scientists and technical teams Nice to have : Experience with data migration between scientific R&D systems Familiarity with databases, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns Experience with Git and other software development tools Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience We offer : Competitive compensation Remote work Flexible working hours A team with excellent tech expertise If you don't see an open position that suits your skills stack and/or professional background but you are interested in working with us — please send your CV to [email protected] .
