General Accountant

Manage daily accounting transactions and journal entries. Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company financial policies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Coordinate with external auditors when required. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Monitor expenses and assist in cost control activities. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience as a General Accountant. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Odoo, or Zoho. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Knowledge of Egyptian tax regulations, including VAT and income tax. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with payroll processing and tax filing procedures is a plus.
