Core Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Colombia country strategy including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring. Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious B2B sales targets and personally lead relationships with the top 30 strategic accounts in the market. Hire the founding Colombia team responsible for sales and implementations. Build and leverage the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities in partnership with the global BD team.

Requirements

15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects in Colombia. Background in consulting and sales. Deep expertise deploying technical products and solutions to enterprise customers. Native Spanish speaker, strong English fluency required.
