About the Role: The General Manager, Healthcare Analytics Solutions is the strategic leader accountable for the long-term success of Lumelight's Self-Insured Reporting (SIR) business and future analytics solutions. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare claims data and business strategy: the GM ensures SIR delivers accurate, trusted, actionable analytics to self-insured employers today, while building Lumelight's roadmap toward more advanced analytics that help employers proactively manage healthcare spend and improve outcomes for their employee populations. They lead an operations team managing day-to-day SIR delivery and resources dedicated to the analytics strategic initiative. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Key Responsibilities: The General Manager is accountable for: Strategy & vision: Setting SIR's business strategy and long-term direction, and defining the roadmap from descriptive/retrospective reporting toward advanced and predictive analytics (e.g., cost trend forecasting, risk stratification, early identification of high-cost/high-risk populations People leadership: Leading, hiring, developing, and retaining the SIR operations team and analytics initiative resources, building a high-performing team as the business scales Claims & data fluency: Maintaining deep working fluency with medical and pharmacy claims data to ensure SIR accuracy, relevance, and client trust, and translating claims and healthcare spend data into insights that help employers lower cost of care and improve employee/patient outcomes Product & roadmap execution: Partnering with engineering to translate the analytics vision into a buildable, sequenced roadmap, and driving investment priorities across product and go-to-market Market & customer results: Owning go-to-market strategy and market positioning, driving business growth and customer retention, and ensuring customer satisfaction and market impact Cross-functional alignment: Aligning Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and enterprise support functions to execute against shared priorities Enterprise contribution: Driving business performance and outcomes that contribute to Lumelight's overall growth and value creation Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field. 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare analytics, claims operations, benefits consulting, payer, PBM, or self-insured employer environments. Proven success building and leading high-performing teams. Strong expertise with medical and pharmacy claims data and healthcare cost analytics. Experience translating complex analytics into customer-facing business value. Preferred MBA, MHA, MPH, or related advanced degree. Experience with self-insured employers, stop-loss carriers, or population health analytics. Exposure to predictive modeling, actuarial concepts, AI, or advanced analytics. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, product and leadership stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to improve client experience. Work Environment: This position is a remote position within approved Lumelight states. Expected Hours of Work: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, following an agreed-upon schedule.
