Role Description The General Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of acute and chronic conditions. This part-time role is based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site clinical duties with some work-from-home tasks such as teleconsultations, follow-up reviews, and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, reviewing medical histories, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The General Physician will also educate patients on preventive care, health promotion, and disease management, while maintaining thorough and accurate medical records. Participation in case discussions, clinical audits, and training activities is expected to support quality improvement and best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in Medicine and Primary Care, with experience managing a broad range of conditions across different age groups.
- Background in Family Medicine, with a focus on holistic, continuous care and patient education.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Experience in Training, including mentoring junior staff or contributing to clinical education and continuous professional development.
- Recognized medical degree and valid license to practice as a General Physician in Singapore (or eligibility for registration).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong diagnostic, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and telehealth platforms; familiarity with data privacy and confidentiality standards.
