General Virtual Assistant (Work From Home) – For Pooling

We are currently looking for a General Virtual Assistant who will help deliver outstanding customer support and contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities Provide customer support and manage client communications Handle calls and email inquiries Perform administrative tasks such as A/R, A/P, work order processing, notices, compliance, lease renewals, document preparation, and email management Assist with marketing and social media management Follow client-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Stay updated on changes to SOPs and company guidelines Represent VirtuallyinCredible’s core values in all interactions Provide data, updates, and reports to the leadership team as needed Perform additional tasks as required Requirements Qualifications Fluent in written and spoken English Good American accent Willing to undergo background checking Quiet and professional home office setup Willing to work the graveyard shift Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) with backup Dependable electricity with power backup Computer Requirements: Operating System: Windows 10 or higher, macOS (Ventura, Sonoma, Sequoia, Tahoe) Processor: Intel Core i5 8th generation or higher, AMD Ryzen 5 or higher , or an equivalent processor RAM: 8 GB to 16 GB or higher
