Responsibilities

• AI-Augmented Content Creation: Leverage advanced Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or Jasper) to brainstorm, draft, and iterate high-volume marketing collateral including long-form blogs, social media threads, ad copies, and newsletter sequences.
• Prompt Engineering & Templatization: Develop, test, and document custom internal prompt libraries and brand voice templates to guarantee that AI-generated text conforms to strict brand compliance guidelines.
• Human-in-the-Loop Fact-Checking & Editing: Act as the ultimate editorial safeguard. Meticulously proofread, fact-check, and humanize AI outputs, formatting copy for maximum visual scannability, emotional resonance, and precise grammatical execution.
• SEO & Metric Optimization: Embed keyword strategies into AI-driven content pipelines, monitoring engagement telemetry (click-through rates, organic traffic, conversions) via data dashboards to continuously iterate prompt logic and style scripts.
• Multi-Media Experimentation: Collaborate with design and product teams to experiment with generative AI image and video tools, scaling visual brand assets for digital ad campaigns.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, English, Data Analytics, or an equivalent technical or business-creative hybrid discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. This is an entry-level role; robust technical or marketing internships, a clear portfolio of personal AI projects/prompt repositories, or extensive academic experience with large language models is highly valued.
• Generative AI Literacy: Hands-on familiarity with consumer or enterprise generative AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLM environments) and an understanding of how to guide model outputs via intentional prompting.
• Stellar Editorial Foundation: Exceptional narrative structural editing, precise line-editing capability, and an obsessive eye for grammatical precision. You must know how to transform raw machine text into compelling, high-converting human stories.
• Proactive Remote Independence: A self-starting operator who excels at organizing content delivery timelines, managing digital project boards (Notion/Jira), and communicating transparently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications
