• Hands-on knowledge of Red Hat Linux administration, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Perl, or Node.js, including cron job scheduling.
• Experience providing L3 production support, incident resolution, and cross-functional collaboration for enterprise contact center infrastructure.
