About Collectmaxx Collectmaxx is a fast-growing B2B SaaS platform helping companies across Europe automate and optimize their invoice collection and accounts receivable processes. We’re launching a new PaaS proposition and need a sharp SEO/GEO specialist to help us own organic search in the BNL and DACH markets — with the rest of Europe to follow. Our new PaaS solution — Collectmaxx Collie Collectmaxx Collie is a Platform-as-a-Service built for companies that invoice consumers directly — utilities, insurers, subscription businesses, and service providers. It automates the full invoice reminder and early collection workflow, combining multiple outreach channels with intelligent AI-driven communication flows — before overdue invoices become a collection problem. Key capabilities: Multi-channel outreach — email, SMS, AI Voice calls, and video reminders, fully automated AI-generated communication flows — smart sequences that adapt tone, timing, and channel based on consumer behavior Installment plans — built-in, configurable payment arrangements to recover more without escalating to collections EU-wide payment links — Paylink support covering local payment methods across EU markets White-label ready — businesses deploy under their own brand, preserving customer relationships Self-service portal & dashboard — consumers manage their own invoices; clients get full visibility on performance Collie is priced per invoice (Bronze from €0.75/invoice, Silver from €1.25/invoice, Gold on custom quote) with no large upfront commitments — making it purpose-built for SMEs and mid-market companies ready to move to a PaaS model. What you’ll be doing Optimizing for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): structuring content to rank and surface in AI-powered search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE) Conducting ongoing SEO audits and technical site health checks using AI-powered tooling Building and executing a content strategy targeting SME decision-makers and PaaS-ready companies in BNL and DACH (Dutch, German, English) Implementing on-page optimizations, metadata, structured data, and internal linking — directly in Webflow , no dev handover Keyword and competitive research specific to the SME AR automation and invoice recovery space Tracking, reporting and iterating on performance using data-driven methods What we’re looking for AI first mindset Proven SEO experience in B2B SaaS or fintech, ideally with exposure to BNL and/or DACH markets Hands-on GEO knowledge — you understand how LLM-based search engines surface content and how to optimize for it Proficiency with AI tools for auditing and content creation (e.g. Surfer AI, Jasper, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Experience with Blaze or comparable AI content/SEO platforms is a strong preference Confident working directly in Webflow — you implement changes yourself, no dev middlemen Fluency in Dutch or German is a plus, but not a requirement — content strategy and execution in English is the baseline Self-starter who can own results with light oversight Start date: July 2026 Commitment: 1–3 days per week, flexible based on deliverables Location: Hybrid To apply , share your portfolio or case studies showing measurable GEO/SEO results in B2B markets& our preferred toolstack
