Geophysicist
Due to continuing growth, 6 Alpha Associates are seeking a Geophysicist to expand our existing Geophysics team. They will be supported by, and report directly to a Senior Geophysicist, and with their guidance, will focus on the processing and interpretation of geophysical datasets for the purposes of determining potential UXO.
Following an initial training and settling in period, this role will be predominantly remote working with occasional infrequent contact time required on a project and team needs basis. This position is based at the Woolpit office, in Suffolk, UK.

Responsibilities
The Geophysicist will be involved in the processing and interpretation of geophysical UXO survey datasets for UXO risk mitigation projects, including land and marine data, and may also include opportunities to acquire the data on-site with 6 Alpha's indigenous survey team. They will be trained on our bespoke methods and software for geophysical data processing and interpretation to meet project specific requirements and deadlines.
Alongside the Chief Geophysicist, the Geophysicist will have the opportunity to feed into the latest R&D developments at 6 Alpha.
