Gerente de Zona Ventas

Job Description

Liderar la estrategia comercial y la ejecución de ventas de vehículos livianos de GM/Chevrolet en Bolivia, asegurando el cumplimiento sostenible de los objetivos de volumen, participación de mercado, rentabilidad, inventario, experiencia del cliente y postventa.

Educación:

• Profesional en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Economía, Mercadeo, Comercio Internacional o carreras afines.
• Deseable posgrado o formación complementaria en Dirección Comercial, Mercadeo, Finanzas, Estrategia o Administración de Empresas.

Experiencia y conocimientos específicos:

• Entre 8 y 10 años de experiencia en ventas, desarrollo comercial, industria automotriz, consumo durable, distribución o negocios con red de concesionarios.
• Experiencia liderando resultados comerciales a través de equipos propios, distribuidores, concesionarios o estructuras matriciales.
• Experiencia en planeación comercial, gestión de inventarios, análisis de rentabilidad, precios, negociación y seguimiento de indicadores.
• Conocimiento de canales retail, corporativo, institucional y flotas; deseable experiencia en mercados internacionales o multicountry.
• Manejo de herramientas de análisis, CRM, reportes comerciales y presentaciones ejecutivas.
• Español avanzado; inglés deseable para interacción regional y corporativa.

Disponibilidad para viajar fuera del país una o dos semanas al mes

Habilidades: Orientado a la accción y resultados, capacidad de negociación, análisis, resolución de conflictos, enfoque en el cliente

Competencias: Visión estratégica, capacidad administrativa, planificación, dirección, capacidad de negociación, gestión del tiempo, gestión de prioridades, orientación a objetivos, agilidad estratégica, innovación, integridad y confianza, transparencia.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.

The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role.

This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
